Tanya Narath, Executive Director

Tanya joined the Leadership Institute as its Program Director in April 2005. In this role, she was responsible for delivery of several of the Institute's education programs, including the North Bay Symposium on Smart Growth and Leadership Training for a Sustainable Future. She became the Executive Director of the Leadership Institute in December 2005.

Prior to joining the Leadership Institute, Tanya worked for Agilent Technologies and Hewlett-Packard. During her 17-year career with HP and Agilent Technologies, she held various IT development, support and management positions.

Tanya was born and raised in Albuquerque, New Mexico. She earned her bachelor's degree in engineering from the University of New Mexico in 1986 and her master's degree in business from the University of Texas at Austin in 1988. Email: tanya_narath@ecoleader.org

Amie Glass, Fellows Network Director

Amie received her bachelor's of science degree in Community and Regional Development from the University of California, Davis in 1998. She has over ten years experience working with various local environmental projects and agencies including the Sonoma Land Trust and Sonoma Earth Day 2000. Email: amieglass@ecoleader.org
