1. Policy-Maker Outreach -- educates public policy-makers and environmental, business and community leaders with non-partisan analysis, studies, and research to assist them in leading the community to a sustainable future. Our primary outreach method is an ongoing informational mailing program. The Leadership Institute also sponsors occasional meetings or seminars to bring together policy leaders on specific issues, and Institute staff meets periodically with key policy-makers to introduce the Leadership Institute and its work.

2. Public Education -- provides information to the larger community. Its purpose is to heighten awareness of the need for programs and practices that will insure a high quality of life for future generations. This is done through public forums and presentations, as well as throught the Resource portion of this website.
