Internships
The Leadership Institute provides internship opportunities to individuals
who wish to deepen their understanding of sustainability and local public
policy issues, and to develop related research and organizational skills.
Interns research and develop content for the Institutes' Sustainability
Resources Website and educational outreach program, assist the Executive
Director with the organizing of the leadership training classes and other
events, and help with general office and clerical tasks.
Interns work between 4 and 12 hours per week, on a flexible schedule
depending on availability and project workload. A minimum commitment of
four months is requested. Internships are unpaid; however, interns may
attend Leadership Institute-sponsored classes and events at no charge.
